We purchased the 6ft waterfall feature for our patio. We were told they make them to order and it would take a couple of weeks, the company were brilliant, they kept us informed throughout this time and it was delivered on a day that suited us. We couldn’t believe how easy it all fitted together, we had already got an outdoor electric socket in place so it was simple, once we filled the base with water we just plugged the pump in and away it went! Really happy with it, it looks amazing and the customer service was great too.
